Enhancing Employee Performance: The Role of Workplace Spirituality, Job Knowledge and Job Skills

The role of human resources in an organization is crucial as the primary element and driver organizational success. Especially face global phenomena like COVID-19 threat economic recession, high-quality are needed to ensure company's sustainability. This research aims determine influence workplace spirituality, job knowledge, skills on employee performance at PT Fajar Bangun Raharja Surakarta. employed a quantitative method included sample 44 employees. Multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS 23. results study indicate that spirituality has significant employees Job knowledge does not significantly affect have impact Workplace higher more influence, indicating respondents believe they enjoying their work, support each other, connected mission values, feel valued.
