The role of human resources in an organization is crucial as the primary element and driver organizational success. Especially face global phenomena like COVID-19 threat economic recession, high-quality are needed to ensure company's sustainability. This research aims determine influence workplace spirituality, job knowledge, skills on employee performance at PT Fajar Bangun Raharja Surakarta. employed a quantitative method included sample 44 employees.
